INTERNSHIP ASSESSMENT
Intern P. Hari Krishna Roll no. 32 Batch- 2018 Admission no.- 1862027 I have been posted in general medicine department from 31/5/2023 to 30/7/2023. This blog features the Learning in Department of General Medicine I would like to share my experience and learning points in the department of general medicine. In the course of internship in General Medicine, I learned how to take detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient’s health status including learning how to formulate differential diagnoses and create management plans.
